Job Description: We are seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience in all aspects of estate planning and trust/estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of:

• Utilizing trusts for various purposes
• Strategies for minimizing Gift, Estate, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes
• Administering probate estates and trusts
• Preparing Gift and Estate Tax returns
• Creating and implementing business entities and succession plans
• Asset protection planning

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Missouri License required
• Proven experience in trusts and estates law
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Eagerness to enhance expertise in the field
