Riezman Berger's Collection / Replevin department handles suits for the collection of money and replevins to obtain the return of personal property throughout Missouri and Illinois. Services include all actions necessary to initiate litigation and secure a judgment, registration of the judgment, the location of debtor’s assets, and the pursuit of all appropriate post-judgment remedies for collection.  In addition to our aggressive approach to collection, Riezman Berger also handles subrogation actions, foreclosures and other litigation involving the consumer, including defense of consumer protection statutory claims, class action lawsuits and lender liability claims.

Bankruptcy

Our bankruptcy department has over 25 years of experience focusing on creditors’ rights, credit unions and automotive finance companies. We provide regional legal services for bankruptcy matters in all bankruptcy courts in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. We also have formed our own national network of creditor rights attorneys and service clients on a national level.
