Kathryn A. Klein

Kathryn A. Klein joined the firm in 2001 and has been representing creditors in bankruptcy for over 25 years. Kathy is responsible for handling all phases of litigation related to the claims of creditors in bankruptcy, and regularly argues cases before the various bankruptcy courts nationwide. Kathy is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Oklahoma and North Dakota, the Southern District of Indiana and the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. Kathy is also licensed to practice in the 7th, 8th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Kathy built a legal practice in the fields of bankruptcy, commercial law and real estate law. Kathy now leads the Bankruptcy department of Riezman Berger, P.C.
Kathy obtained her undergraduate degree in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri and received her law degree from Saint Louis University. While in law school, Kathy served as an intern for a Federal District Judge and was a published member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
