Elaine M Bauer
Elaine Bauer concentrates her practice in the areas of probate administration, estate planning, and real estate.
Elaine graduated with highest honors (equivalent of summa cum laude) from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, where she was Phi Beta Kappa and selected by the faculty to receive the History Department’s Outstanding Senior Award for 2005. She received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis (2010, cum laude), where she was a Staff Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review and received a Scholar in Law Academic Scholarship. While attending law school, Elaine was a volunteer with Legal Service of Eastern Missouri and completed an externship for the Hon. Jean C. Hamilton, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
From 2005-2007, Elaine was a member of AmeriCorps St. Louis, one of the nation’s first AmeriCorps programs, where she participated in Hurricane Katrina relief and served as a literacy tutor and mentor in the St. Louis City Public Schools.
Before joining Riezman Berger, P.C., Elaine was an attorney with a small firm that was honored as one of the Best Firms in St. Louis by Small Business Monthly in 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
