Richard M. Riezman

For over 30 years, Richard M. Riezman has built his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, real estate development and finance, and corporate and business planning. Richard is a 1969 graduate of the Washington University School of law, with honors including membership in the Order of the Coif and service as Assistant Editor of the Washington University Law Review. He has lectured extensively on real estate matters, is actively involved in several legal professional associations and in 1990 he was appointed by Governor Ashcroft to serve on the State Banking Board.
