Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Paralegal to work directly with the Chair of our Estate and Trusts Department. This is a traditional in-office position. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from initiation through to completion.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Create and maintain binders and copies of documents.
- Notary certification is a plus.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with typical hours from 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM. Overtime may be required as needed.
