Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Paralegal to work directly with the Chair of our Estate and Trusts Department. This is a traditional in-office position. Salary will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases from initiation through to completion.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Create and maintain binders and copies of documents.
  • Notary certification is a plus.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with typical hours from 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM. Overtime may be required as needed.

  • We are seeking experienced candidates in Trusts and Estates only.
