Mark J. Temkin Recognized by The POWER List for Mergers & Acquisitions
With 46 years of transactional experience, Mark Temkin has negotiated and closed high profile sales, mergers and purchases of businesses with values of up to $300 million.
He also has owned and controlled businesses ranging from office warehouses, condominiums, shopping centers and triple net projects.
A founding member of the Cardozo Society in St. Louis, Temkin also serves on the executive committee of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center of St. Louis as well as the founder, director and President of the Ellen Applebaum Temkin Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc., a provider of scholarships to math students from Parkway West High School. He has worked on sections of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, including the Cooperative Associations Act and the Qualified Spousal Trust.
He earned his law degree in 1977 from Washington University and his LLM in Taxation from Washington University.
