Richard N. Tishler Discusses the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Authorization and Job Creation Act of 2010
On March 9, 2011, Richard N. Tishler, a managing shareholder at Riezman Berger, P.C. gave a presentation to Central Trust & Investment Co. on the implications of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Authorization and Job Creation Act of 2010 (“TRA 2010”), during which Richard offered his thoughts on how TRA 2010 would affect estate planning over the next two years, as well as tax planning solutions. His presentation was met with much enthusiasm and many thoughtful questions from the audience.
Richard N. Tishler’s practice encompasses a wide variety of transactional, corporate, business planning, tax planning and estate planning matters, including Mergers & Acquisitions, real estate purchases and dispositions, domestic taxation issues, Prenuptial Agreements and Partnership and Limited Liability Company transactions.
