Riezman Berger, P.C. Names New Principals
The law firm of Riezman Berger, P.C. is pleased to announce that two attorneys have been elected to serve as Principals in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practices.

Julie K. Graham joined Riezman Berger as an associate in 2003, concentrating her practice in the areas of retail and commercial collections, representing several large auto finance companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Truman State University, a Masters of Arts in Legal Studies from Webster University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Julie is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. As a principal, Julie will join Nelson L. Mitten as the leaders of the creditor’s rights department for Riezman Berger, P.C.
Kathryn A. Klein joined the firm in 2001 and has been representing creditors in bankruptcy for over 20 years. Kathy is responsible for handling all phases of litigation related to the claims of creditors in bankruptcy, and regularly argues cases before the various bankruptcy courts nationwide. Kathy is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Oklahoma and North Dakota, the Southern District of Indiana and the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Kathy is also licensed to practice in the 7th, 8th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals. Kathy now leads the Bankruptcy department of Riezman Berger, P.C.
